How Evaluations Are Structured

Evaluations are billed using time-based CPT codes and may include:

• 90791 – Diagnostic Interview (60+ minutes)

• 96136 / 96137 – Test Administration and Scoring

• 96130 / 96131 – Analysis and Report Writing

• 90837 – Feedback Session

Fees are based on the total time required across components. Total cost varies depending on evaluation complexity and referral questions. Assessment services are typically private pay.
